Allow greater flexibility of registration period

A brief comment in my individual capacity:

The currently proposed Registry Agreement retains what appears to be a
legacy provision restricting registries to offer registration terms of
no more than 10 years (Registry Agreement, para. 2.10). This
restriction limits opportunities for registrants, as well as for
registries, registrars, and back-end providers, all of whom might
benefit from greater flexibility in the term of registration.

For example, a registrant might want to purchase a domain name for a
one-time fee, or to include registration charges as part of periodic
payments for hosting services. The registry and others in the chain
should be permitted to offer such alternative registration periods, so
long as they clearly and accurately describe their offerings.
