Joe and all,

  Joe, I agree with your remarks and comments below entirely.  ICANN
has and continues to make a mess out of the DNS, as well as in the process
impeding on registrants personal privacy and security.  This is particularly
dangerous and will lead to additional exposure to terrorists potential
planning of attacks.

  I also share much of Danny's thoughts as well as do a majority of our
[INEGroup] members.  Yet the ICANN board and staff are not listening
unless such input suites their own pre-determined point of view or
entrenched attitude towards policy making.

  It is clear though that Danny has in part been self deluded that ICANN
can be reformed from within or be self accountable.
