As I understood it, no one person actually 'owns' these names. If this is so
then they go back in the pot so that 'everyone' gets as fair crack at them and
no two parties make a special profit from them by keeping them oput of
circulation.
Sound like insider trading to me.
Very shonky.
Are these people Jewish Americans by any chance?
