Why has the URL/link 
<http://forum.icann.org/mail-archive/alac/index.html > to the archive 
of the initial ALAC been removed from the ALAC main page.

It used to read:

"At-Large Advisory Committee Discussions -- the ALAC members conduct 
much of the committee's business on the ALAC's mailing list. Archives 
of this list are available for public viewing."

Why does the URL 
<http://forum.icann.org/mail-archive/alac/index.html> return a "Not 
Found" error.  This problem's been happening on and off for months.
