Hi Tim,
I notice that I have not received a reply from you on any of the issues that
I have raised. Again, can you point any provision of ICANN's policies,
governmental policy, or any witted material that asserts or state that
Registerfly.com may seize names in an effort to collect disputed monies, or
demand funds stating they will release names and after receiving the funds,
refuse to release the name. And do you have any DOCUMENTS, that demonstrate
that ICANN does not had a lawful duty to supervise it agents and
contractors.
Produce this MATERIAL NOW.
Forward me your agent for process INFO, I plan to file my complaint as soon
as you all get the next group of registered letters. I am give you all the
notice, that the law requires and more. I do not want anyone coming to court
and saying they were not informed, or did not know.
