My domain name, holdemschoolonline.com, was unlawful transfer by
Registerfly.com and Enom.com on 1/16/2006. And the records of ownerships has
been unlawful altered to reflect registering date of the entity to who this
name was transferred. Below, is the renewal notice send viva email as to
this domain name, and several other.


Registerfly, state policy is as follows, As such any dropping, or releasing
was contrary to this policy. Said action of transferring this name to
another entity in in violation of the polices of ICANN, Enom.com and
Registerfly.com.

RegisterFly.com allows a 30 day grace period after a name expires. During
this 30 day grace period you can renew your domain. After the 30 day grace
period expires your domain will move to the redemption period for 30 days
prior to being dropped and made available again for registration. Once the
domain is placed in redemption you CANNOT renew it via our interface.


I am placing a demand of $100,000 for the unlawful and fraudulent transfer
of this domain name. I would remind all that, this is part of
Registerfly.com, Enom.com and ICANN action to extortion funds from me and
the unlawful seizure of my domain names.  If any of the above named entities
has any defense to any of the statements here, they should respond in
