To ALL.

Below is a trouble ticket that I filed at Registerfly.com concerning
Holdemschoolonline.com. I register this name in 2005 , now it'sho is data
states that some one else register it on the same day. I had an active site
till January 9, 2006, when Registerfly and Enom redirected this site, and
now it appear that Registerfly and Enom transferred this name to
DropBusiness.com unlawful, and in violation of their own stated contracts
and policies and ICANN's policies. This Domain name is currently listed,
today at registerfly.com, as one of my domains registered there.

Of great concert, how can some one change the date in the data base at
Versign to reflect a false date of reisteration for the current listed
owner. This name is currently register at Enom, and appears to have been
transferred to the current listed owner by Enom.om. This domain name was one
of many that registerfly.com extortated $1000.00 from for the return of.
This extortion payment was made. There are current many more names at issue
that enom.com and registerfly.com refuses to return.

If any of the above have any defense to this wanton act of thief,
conversion, fraud and extortion, provide such in writing to the below
address in writing.

At this time I am demand, $100,000, for damages in this matter as to
Holdemschoolonline.com

[2006-03-15]  This name was registered by me at registerfly.com 1/16/05.
This name is listed in my list of names today at registerfly.com

I have numerious docuemnts to this fact. It was duet to be renew on
1/16/2006, registerfly refused to allow me to renew this name at that time.

Records now state that this name was registered by some one else on 1/16/05.
How can this happen? It is registerfly responsibility to comlay wiht it's
contact and ICANN's rules. What does Registerfly intent to do as to this
matter. I want my domanin name returned.
