I send this email several days ago, no one , not one single person has been
able to address this issues. Why, could this be the BIG thing that ICANN
wish to hid, and conceal. It would appear that all at ICANN lack the courage
to address this very dangerous issues. After all who could explain such a
Hugh fraud that they have conducted on the American public as well as the
world.

I have been reviewing the information at ICANN and found the below section.
Can anyone there explain to me how registers are charging more that $6.00 to
register a name, when ICANN police, which registers aggree to follow, states
that tha max fee that may be cahrged is $6.00.

Registry Operator Maximum Price Schedule
This schedule specifies the maximum price Registry Operator may charge
for Registry Services. In a manner consistent with Subsection 22(B) of the
Registry Agreement, Registry Operator may charge a lower-than-specified rate
for services, including not charging for a specified service. Except as set
forth herein or otherwise agreed, Registry Operator shall not be entitled to
charge for any Registry Service not specified in this Appendix G.
1. Maximum Initial Registration Fee for Registered Names
Registry Operator may charge a maximum of US $6.00 per year for
registration of each Registered Name (the "Initial Registration Fee") in the
Registry TLD.
2. Maximum Renewal Registration Fee for Registered Names
Registry Operator may charge a maximum of US $6.00 per year for
renewal (or extension) of registration of each Registered Name (the "Renewal
Fee") in the Registry TLD.
3. Fees for Transfers of Sponsorship of Domain-Name Registrations
Registrars may assume sponsorship of a Registered Name holder's
existing domain name registration from another registrar by following the
policy set forth in Exhibit B to Appendix F to the Registry Agreement.
For each transfer of the sponsorship of a domain-name registration
under Part A of Exhibit B, Registry Operator may charge the gaining
registrar a maximum fee equal to the renewal registration fee associated
with a one-year extension, as set forth in item 2 above. The losing
registrar's registration fees will not be refunded as a result of any such
transfer.
For a transfer approved by ICANN under Part B of Exhibit B, Registry
Operator may charge the gaining registrar US$ 0 (for transfers of 50,000
names or fewer) or US$ 50,000 (for transfers of more than 50,000 names).
