TO All;

I am shocked that no one at ICANN or the U.S. Commerce Department will
address this issues. This appears to be a very corrupt matter, if ICANN
rules are as they are as stated, and the Commerce Department has approved
these rules, then why is ICANN not following these rules. Why are the
registers allow to charge more than the $6.00 for registering or renewing a
domain name ?

It is of great concern that I have received no replay, it make me think that
ICANN and the Commerce Department has some thing to hide, and that they are
aware and approve oft his over charging, and it is a conspiracy to defraud
those that register and renew names. I am just asking for a lawful reason
why this is occurring, can not anyone at ICANN or Commerce provide me a
lawful reason why the registers are charging more that ICANN's rules.

Michael Moore

HI,

I have emailed several times now and not received a reply from anyone at
ICANN or the U.S. Commerce Department. After reading this rules at ICANN, I
am at a lost as to how the authorizes registrar of ICANN can lawful charge
in excess of $6.00 to register a domain name.

Does anyone at ICANN or the Commerce Department have any answer, because
this is looks like criminal fraud. Are the personnel there afraid to answer
or reply this issues. Does anyone have any answer how this is not unlawful
and criminal.

Michael Moore.

I have been reviewing the information at ICANN and found the below section.
Can anyone there explain to me how registers are charging more that $6.00 to
register a name, when ICANN police, which registers aggree to follow, states
that tha max fee that may be cahrged is $6.00.
