 How about some oversight on websites that legally scam people with small
print, hidden away on a thumbnail, that allows them to charge your account
for unexplained expenses, leading to legally contesting their charges. They
take advantage of the old, and disabled by counting on the low percentage of
people who are easily fooled, because of sight disabilities or mental
impairment. Cigarrest stole $98 from me, by not explaining the terms of
their condition adequately with complex legal wording. There are allot of
corporations that depend on this to make money
