course, I do have some difficulties to understand how everything works, but I
got the impression that it makes sense to give our meetings some more

we would have a list of items which are at stake at the ICANN meeting before we
got there. Maybe that was the case and I just missed it, because I am new. So
at least for me, it would be helpful to have some sort of road map for this
year - which issues are urgent to be dealt with by ALAC, which on a rather
short term and which on the long run.</FONT></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal
style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p><FONT face="Times New Roman"

for his initiative to bring ?civil society? together at the ICANN meeting. I
think that was very productive and many people from different committees would
like to find allies and a strategy how to push end-users interests. To do so,
we should have one or two meetings set up<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>to get together and share our views. Well not just views ? these
meetings should not take long, they should help us to share important
informations and precise proposals what to do and how support could be
organized. For this we need to check the schedule of the next meeting that it
wont be at the same time as other important meetings.</FONT></SPAN></P><P
class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p><FONT

decision made. So at the end of each meeting we already have the protocol
(could be on the big screen while writing, so we can correct it right away) and
