I don't understand some of the code words in that most interesting
document.  What are "new registry services"?  The sitefinder wildcards?
Expired domain auctions or some other change to the current expiration
free for all?  Their protection service in which, among other things, they
will take your money to be sure that your domain which doesn't expire for
three years doesn't expire this year?  Other stuff?
