Interesting. I would like to follow up the discussion on public good and
legal framworks he touched in his article.
May be that would be a good issue for the Internet Governance Forum in
Athens this year.
The legal complications in case of ICANN-VeriSign seem to be symptomatic
for the question who has the power to regulate what in the public
interest...
By the way, my blog (www.wecann.net) is not any longer in German but in
English - for Europe At-Large and all of you.
