Given the content of the application and the review made by the Committee,
I ask you whether you approve the request for accreditation as At Large
Structure filed by CAUCE CANADA (COALITION AGAINST UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL
E-MAIL, CANADA) on 24 January 2006.
