[alac] Call for votes on EU ALS accreditations
All, given the content of the application and the review made by the At-Large Advisory Committee, I call for a vote on the following requests for accreditation as At-Large Structures (see below). The following list is not the complete list of european applicants. All european ALAC members agreed, the following list of applicants should be approved and before calling for a vote on the other applicants, they would like to clarify some more questions. On our way to organize ALAC work in a more efficient way, we will use the voting tool which we tested in the last weeks and is set up by Jean. She will send the codes out at approximately noon UDT today. The vote will be set to open then, and close noon UDT next Friday, the 5th of May 2006. You will be able to express your vote on whether you approve the request for the accreditations as At Large Structures by choosing either YES, NO or ABSTAIN. Copies of the votes go to the administrator, Jean, staff, Denise and the chair, Annette. Individual votes will be made fully public in the result message.
