Take a look at the ICANN web site (http://www.icann.org/), specifically the
top item under "announcements." I read the linked story. I can't find
anything relevant to ICANN. What's going on?

News Item: First Prosecution under the Australian Spam Act
The Australian Federal Court decided last Friday to award pecuniary
penalties of AUD$4.5 million against a company and AUD$1 million against its
managing director.
