I tend to agree with Jacqueline, we cannot assume that people know the
difference between gTLDs and ccTLDs.
However, many ccTLDs have customer services that provide the answers to the
common questions people have, and the real need is to provide information on
gTLDs, in particular to make sure the difference between registry,
regiastrars, resellers, etc. is well understood.
I would go for a comprehensive guide, that for ccTLDs will have a complete
list of contact information (something like
http://www.iana.org/root-whois/index.html) or at least a pointer to this
information, in order to avoid obsolescence of data, while for gTLDs it will
go in more details about the market.
