an "At-Large Structure."

The application has been sent to all At-Large Advisory Committee  
(ALAC) members and will be posted on the At-Large website at http:// 
www.alac.icann.org/applications/ shortly.  You can obtain information  
on how the application is processed and also track the status of the  
application on this webpage (status is updated as ALAC processes the  
application).
