NRO statement on ASO Review Report next steps

The Number Resource Organization welcomes public comments on the ASO Review 
Report, which can be submitted during the ICANN comment period (until 6 April 
2012).   We particularly encourage responses from the ICANN, RIR and wider 
Internet communities.

The NRO EC will provide our own response to the Report and its recommendations, 
and we will consider all comments submitted.  We plan to produce this response 
during the ICANN comment reply period, and to post it publicly before the end 
of that period (on 30 April 2012).  

We expect that the ICANN Board will consider all comments and input, including 
the NRO's response, in its consideration of the ASO Review Report.

We look forward to the conclusion of the ASO Review process, and we look 
forward to the response of the ICANN board.  We thank all of those who have 
given their time to this process so far.
