recommendation 24 grammatical error

Colleagues, please be advised that there is a small grammatical error in 
recommendation 24, which should be changed for the sake of clarity: the 
sentence begins with a collective (relevant aspects of internationally 
recognized standards) and ends with a singular (Standards of Practice of the 
International Ombudsman Association).  The singular is redundant, and this part 
of the sentence referring to the IOA should be deleted.
