Colleagues,
please note the agenda for the members call will be posted one week in advance.
This is the usual balance between notice and timeliness.

On the Charter, please note:
a) the BC Officers originally proposed the Charter reforms.
b) the delay is primarily driven by the Board's intent to amend the stakeholder
group charters. As this may affect our constituency-level charter, it seems wise
to wait.
