Mikey,

As I am on the IRTP-B work team, I think it is logical that I will be able
to help you on this one.

hi gang,

my Minnesota task force stuff is done. so i can dig into ICANN a
little more. would it be all right if i draft a constituency
statement for the IRTP-B working group?

presuming it's OK, does anybody want to join me on the drafting team?

mikey
