Hi Phil,

I think Steve may be en route so I'm responding. My understanding is that DAG 4
is anticipated to be released before Brussels. We have been told that it is
anticipated to be 95% of the final document which, following the public comment
period that comes after it, will then morph into the final DAG.

Kind regards,

RA

Thanks for the excellent real time reports, Steve.

Do we have any idea of when DAGv4 may be released?

violating its contract restrictions for community-based TLDs.

Resolved: Staff shall publish a final RRDRP in DAG v4.

ICANN shall also consider whether this or a similar dispute resolution
procedure could be used when a government withdraws its support for a
government-supported TLD.
