Hi all,

In our last constituency call, I recall someone (maybe Philip?)  
mentioning that the BC had submitted a formal position statement on  
Vertical Integration in prior years.

1.  Is this true, or am I hallucinating?

2.  If true, can someone provide the link to it?  I cannot find it on  
the BC web site nor ICANN's site.

Please advise.
