Note: No actions requiring GNSO Council votes will occur in this meeting.The
purpose will be to:
1) continue discussion on any items for which there was insufficient time in
the Open Council meeting on 8 December;
2) plan and organize next steps for any action items from the 8 December
meeting; and
3) evaluate the success of the GNSO meetings in Cartagena and discuss areas for
