The Constituency also presented our outgoing Councilor Mike Rodenbaugh with a
similar certificate and gift. We have been fortunate to have such dedicated
colleagues as our councilors and officers. Stay tuned for the pictures from
Columbia after the meeting, and please do send your own thanks, individually,
and probably off list, to Philip and Mike.
