The GAC posted this document yesterday. It's further advice regarding RPMs (Rights Protection Mechanisms) See attached or at http://gac.icann.org/press-release/further-gac-advice-new-gtld-rights-protection-mechanisms I don't this was written after receipt of ICANN's latest guidebook.
