Per discussion on our 14-Jul member call, here is a draft of BC comments 
Comments on the Second Milestone Report on Applicant Support in the New gTLD 
Program.

Ron Andruff prepared this draft, which reflects standing BC position on 
encouraging new gTLD applicants to offer their domains in multiple languages 
and scripts.

These comments are due 29-Jul, giving us 14 days for review, edits, and 
approval.

All BC members are invited to suggest edits.     Please use track changes and 
circulate to BC list.
