Subject: BC tabled Motion on RAP passes in toto
Steve and Excomm,
Just to inform you all that the RAP motion to which several BC members made
enormous contribution was successfully passed by the Council today. All
resolutions received unanimous consent whilst the Uniformity of Contracts
resolved was voted against en bloc by the Contracted parties house but all
on the Non-contracted party house voted in favour (only 25 of both houses or
majority of one house was required).
