Thanks for the introduction and welcoming messages.

A little background on me: I have been investing in domains for nearly 15
years.  I've experienced first hand the vagaries of the UDRP process.  My
hope is that ICANN can develop policies that find the proper balance in
protecting both the rights of trademark owners and those of domain name
registrants.

I look forward to meeting all of you and to participating in the
discussions.
