Voting Officer no later than today, Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013. /*

   19th, 2013.

   Feb. 26th, 2013.

*and will be led by the Verifying Officer, Glen De Saint Gery, GNSO 
Secretariat.You are encouraged to submit questions for the candidates
