Very welcome Andy. I'm on vacation this week so haven't fully vetted the rules
but seem reasonable at first glance.
I never thought that frontrunning a TLD that had yet to exist would provide any
advantage in a LRO.

Thanks for sending, Phil. I think these rules are very reasonable - it's just
unfortunate that the prohibitions on front-running and registering generic
terms were not incorporated into the LRO guidelines earlier. It would have
saved everyone a lot of time and money.
