BC comments on the proposed Board code of conduct

Please find attached the BC's comments on the proposed code.

 

In summary our comments seek:

- to broaden the code beyond the Board,

- to add in descriptors on what is meant by ethical conduct,

- to add clearer wording on some other parts of the existing text.
