New tiered pricing - will destroy small and startup business

I oppose the new tiered pricing, since it will create
an unregulated monopoly. No small or startup business
will dare to invest in developing a brand/domain simply
for the registry to raise the price on their domains.

In the real world there are landlord and tenant laws
to protect people from unregulated monopoly.

If ICANN allow this new tiered pricing, then not
only people and business lose, but politicians will
have more excuses to move the tlds away from ICANN
into a international forum.
