No to pricing changes

As a new domain owner and not making a lot of money yet, I can foresee a 
change of this nature as very destructive to new internet businesses as well as 
older, well established businesses.  In the end there will be only the very few 
that can afford the high prices that will survive. 

The internet was touted as an "equalizer"; a place where the person with 
nothing but desire can prosper as well as big business.  With these new changes 
the little guy will again be left out.

Please do not allow the variable pricing to go into effect.
