Please DO NOT approve this variable pricing.

Imagine the small businessman who spent his savings buying a great domain
name in the aftermarket from a domain seller. He's already paid a premium
price once, to the domain seller. It would drive him out of business to pay
a premium price EVERY YEAR.

I agree there are too many greedy domain sellers out there, hording many of
the good names, but this is not the answer. This will hurt the small
businessman just as much (if not more) than it hurts the aftermarket domain
sellers.
