Proposal to remove domain name price caps

To Whom it May Concern:

I feel that the clause to remove domain name price caps from registrars that
is before the ICANN now is a serious threat to the new internet economy.  It
is entirely un-American, as well as un-supportive of the emerging amazing
new world economy.  This decision is a financial, political and humanitarian
one - I urge the board to base their decision on solid moral values that
benefit the majority rather than the few.
