NO to Variable Pricing!!!!

While it is undeniable that some domains have greater recognition and value 
than others, those qualities are owned solely by the people/company who have 
put the time, money and effort into building THEIR domain's standing.
   
  ICANN's proposal to allow unethical profit from the legitimate efforts of 
others is not only fundamentally unfair, but it will have a pronounced, 
negative effect on the inherent "freedom" of the Internet.  Commercial and 
monetary interests will hold sway over all Net content as the "little guy" (or 
the non-profit, or the non-funded educational sector...you name it) is plowed 
over by those with financial gain in mind and large resources in hand.
