ICANN .biz price regulation proposal

ICANN,

Please do not de-regulate pricing on the .biz domain extensions.  High renewal 
fees will be devastating on current owners, particularly those in poor 
countries.

I am concerned the registrars will be the recipient of windall charges and 
profits...profits when they force the non-renewel of domains and elect to sell 
them through their auction services.

The rich don't need to keep getting richer at common citizens' expense.
