I oppose removing the current pricing cap on domain names.

I oppose removing the current pricing cap on domain names.  The current
system is working well.  Endusers do not stand to gain anything from higher
prices, and they stand to lose because of the markedly higher fees that will
result.  This is bad.

What is the rationale for removing the pricing cap?  Please let me know why
this is being proposed, if you do read this comment.
