NO TO VARIABLE PRICING

I would like to express my vehement opposition to your proposal to lifting
of price controls for domain names.  I am a small business owner who
develops websites for like-minded people.  As a registrar of contact in over
200 domain names, I shutter to think how allowing fluctuating prices "driven
by the market" would affect my associations.  This couldn't possibly
encourage the competition of neither the registrars or registries.  Such
competition is incompatible with the kind of unrestricted monopoly that
these proposed agreements would create. I therefore strongly urge the board
to reject the agreements.
