Variable pricing for Domain names

HI,

Just read the proposals for changes to pricing structure.  As an  
owner I am opposed to this.  It will harm the accessibility of domain  
name ownership by restricting the useable domain names to ownership  
to those who are willing to pay and not necesarily those adding  
valuable content to the net.
