To whom it may concern:

I wish to strongly object to this proposal as both uncalled for
and confiscatory of another's paid-for-in-good-faith property.

Why should folks who work hard to build, promote, and make a
success of their business name and registration be penalized for
their ambition and resourcefulness?  You've got it all wrong!

Some changes are called for but penalizing industriousness is
NOT one of them.  Forget this stupid proposal of graduated
domain fees.  Don't penalize the industrious builders...penalize
the squatters who do nothing with domain names others need
instead.
