Dear All, Following our teleconference earlier this week, I have updated the draft Initial Report. Hopefully I have incorporated all suggestions made. If not, I'm sure you will let me know! I've attached both a red-lined and clean version of the draft. Hopefully this is the final version. Would each of you please confirm by end of work (22.00 UTC) on Tuesday, 21 July 2009 whether or not you are happy with the draft.
