Schedule
Dear Working Group Members:
This note is to confirm that the first meeting of the Working Group next week
in Seoul is Tuesday, 27 October in the Charlotte Room (36th Floor) from 700 am
to 800 am.
Based on the Doodle scheduling tool I circulated last week, the best day and
time for a second potential meeting next week is Thursday, 29 October from 11am
to 1230 pm – local Seoul time (200AM UTC) - the unanimous choice by those WG
members who responded to the poll. I have requested that time block from the
meetings staff here in Seoul to reserve the space. As a group you can confirm
the need for the meeting and that day and time during your Tuesday morning
meeting.
Looking forward to seeing you soon here in Seoul!
Rob Hoggarth
