Dear All,

We have (at last!) some meaningful feed-back on our report from the community, 
and there are number of issues we have to discuss before we finalise our 
report.  To stimulate some discussion, I've added some draft comments to the 
Issue Tracking Checklist that Rob produced, and this is attached.  I stress 
that this is a DRAFT which hopefully form a starting point for our subsequent 
discussion and that the final response may look very different.  If you can 
provide any reaction in person this week or by email, that would be great.

I do not plan to make a presentation at Thursday's meeting.  I hope we will get 
further feedback and perhaps discuss the issues that have already been raised.  
Shortly after our return from San Jose, we'll set up a number of telecons to 
get a consensus view and finalise the report.
