Comment on Board Member Compensation

As an additional comment, regarding Board compensation, that I left  
out of my previous discussion.
The Chair, as someone one who will devote him or herself full time to  
ICANN, should be paid fairly.  God knows if we pay consultants to  
produce such things as sword algorithms and clueless reports on the  
Board, we ought to pay the Chairperson.    By this I do not mean an  
unconscionable largesse, such as is doled out the CEO currently, but  
fair compensation.
