Cheryl and all,

I would suggest that we discuss the transfer problems, some
of which are ongoing on the GA list, on the GA list forum instead
of creating yet another specilized mailing list which interested
parties will need to subscribe to as well as keep track of. It's
just more efficient IMHO.

I know that the transfer individual issues are well known
and well documented already. My other question given this is
the case, is why are we rehashing the same issues regarding
transfer via the RAA's yet again?

Additionally, why are some registrars like GoDaddy able to
remain in obayance of the transfer policy in place now, which
is of questionable value, without sanction by the GNSO or
the ICANN staff/bod? Shades of RegistryFly yet again perhaps?
