Danny and all,

  Well it seems that there are some more behind
the scenes games affoot here.  None the less Adrein
may have a good point here in that despite the obvious
implications of manipulation of natural market forces
indicated by his suggestions, their may be a stability
issue that could be used as a reason for what Adrein
suggests below.  

  That said, I am very doubtful that com.cn, or
com.fr for instance, would agree with such suggestions
as reasonable based on restraint of trade and fair trade
grounds.  This would of course apply to their IDN
equivelents as well, naturally.
