Eric and all,

World wide elections for Board member seats are done regularly in
commercial industry,

I have voted on many of them over the years for common stock I hold or have
held. So to

deny that such is possible is patently false. Ergo Eric is quite
correct and ICANN knows it,

as does DOC/NTIA. It is, and has always been clear that ICANN sorely
needs it's Board

members elected by those that it's decisions effects and are willing to
participate openly

and Transparently so that Accountability can be at least partly realized and
recognized

accordingly.
